They have a lovely nutty flavour with the spelt flour and sesame seeds and a kick of flavour from the nigella seeds. These are great with a meaty or mushroomy pate (see recipe in our blog). They’re made with wholemeal and unbleached flours, Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil and Irish Atlantic seaweed.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, wholemeal spelt flour (32%), sesame seeds(8%), nigella seeds (5%), Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil, water, sea salt, sugar.
